It a little bit over two months until the PGA Show takes place Jan. 25-28 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, which in most years would mean it’s time to start booking hotel rooms and arranging flights.
Have you bothered with the pre-trip preparations yet or have you decided to stay home once again after last year’s event was a virtual affair due to COVID-19?
The good news is that land and sea borders are now open for Canadians to cross into the United States and while COVID-19 case and death rates in Florida have been dropping of late, only just over 60 per cent among eligible people in the state have been fully vaccinated.
Then, coming home, Canadians will be required to take a COVID-19 test, which can cost up to $300 at some pharmacies, up to 72 hours before coming back into this country.
So, there are more concerns than usual with the show on the horizon or will you go at all? Have you decided to attend January’s PGA Show or pass on it again this year?
