With the fourth wave of COVID-19 underway in Canada, several companies, governments and institutions are now requiring full vaccinations for all employees.
Air Canada is one of the more recent companies to announce that it is mandating COVID-19 vaccines for all of its employees, as you’ll read in this story from the Toronto Star.
Frequent testing is not offered as an alternative, although Air Canada does say it will accommodate employees who have valid reasons, such as medical conditions, for not being vaccinated.
Other companies are offering frequent testing as an alternative for those who simply choose not to be vaccinated.
