TaylorMade has introduced a new Kalea line, a complete set of 11 clubs designed with many of TaylorMade’s technologies to deliver performance benefits to female players.
Every component has been engineered to deliver easy-to-launch performance through faster clubhead speed. Every club in the new Kalea set has been engineered to result in improved lengths, lofts and proper gapping.
Sold as a package set only, Kalea is comprised of the following clubs, each gripped with Lamkin’s Sonar Lite 38g (woods/irons) and the Lamkin Deep Etched grip (putter):
Three wood (17 degrees) and five wood (20 degrees).
26-degree Rescue (5) and 30-degree Rescue (6).
Irons 7-PW and SW.
Spider Mini Putter with Pure Roll insert.
Golf Bag and Accessories
Complementing the full set of clubs is a specially-designed lightweight, 14-way cart bag and headcovers (six in the set, including putter) that are available in gray/green, charcoal/blue and black/violet colourways.
Kalea Golf Balls
Rounding out the Kalea product line in 2019 is a two-piece ball with a high-energy React core, soft ionomer cover and low compression (60), engineered for high trajectory, increased distance off the tee and soft feel into the green. Available at retail alongside the clubs on Oct. 4, Kalea golf balls will have an MSRP of $24.99 per dozen (Cdn.) and will be offered in white, peach and purple, with the latter two colourways featuring a UV-resistant matte finish.
Available at retail beginning Oct. 4, TaylorMade’s new Kalea golf clubs will be available as a complete set only (RH/LH available) and carry an MSRP of $1,699.99 Cdn.
