NGCOA Canada has announced that its 20th Annual Golf Business Canada Conference and Trade Show will be delivered virtually from November 23-25.
This virtual event will incorporate all of the same components as the in-person event from plenary sessions to multi-faceted breakout sessions, a virtual trade show, the Great Canadian Idea Fair and will incorporate networking opportunities.
“Although we would like to be able to bring everyone together in-person from across the country as we have in years past, COVID is making that impossible, so with the safety of our delegates at the forefront, our staff pivoted to virtual and are working hard to bring our delegates the same ‘best-in-class’ event we always have,” said NGCOA Canada CEO Jeff Calderwood.
“Because of the reduced cost such as no travel and hotel costs, we are anticipating this to be the largest conference we have held,” he said.
There will be more sessions, more suppliers, more speakers, and more delegates to network with. Just because it is virtual, doesn’t mean it will be anything less than what our delegates are used to,” said Calderwood.
Details on programming and $30,000 in prize giveaways will be released shortly.
“Attendees can expect to see new features added to the programming this year, like our creative happy hour for networking, alongside our usual educational highlights that deliver best practices and new strategies for improving any type of operation.” said Nathalie Lavallée, COO of NGCOA Canada.
