Levelwear has named Megan Scott to the newly-created position of key account merchandise coordinator/sales support.
Scott has spent the last four years at the Mississaugua Golf and Country Club as merchandising manager, where her primary responsibilities were the overseeing the buying and product merchandising for the golf and curling pro shops.
She has developed relationships with golf apparel manufacturers with the purpose of executing Mississaugua’s yearly product purchase plans. Her other key duties were managing and training staff, heading up and executing special events for the Mississaugua membership.
Scott attended Seneca College in Toronto and was enrolled in Fashion Business. Combined with her past experience with companies such as Second Skin, The Caufeild Apparel Group and Green Grass One, she developed her passion and skills for key line presentations, product line selections, and sales execution.
Levelwear’s national sales manager Bob Else believes her excellent relationships, knowledge and insight, will ultimately serve to be an extremely valuable asset to the brand in the green grass and corporate channels.
Scott will also execute and participate in account product presentations, account product knowledge/education sessions and special corporate outings.
Additional responsibilities will include attending, presenting and securing spring booking orders during the provincial regional PGA trade shows. She will also concentrate on assisting with special events initiatives such as our retail merchandising tents at specified PGA, SPGA and LPGA Tour stops.
She will officially join Levelwear on February 3.
