Mackenzie Hughes and David Hearn are each tied for 10th, three shots off the lead after both Canadians fired a five under 65 to open the Sony Open in Hawaii on Thursday.
Nick Taylor is tied for 23rd after he opened with a 66, with Roger Sloan tied for 40th after he shot a 67.
