Charlottetown’s Lorie Kane shot a six-under 65 at the Wendy’s Charity Challenge, an LPGA Legends Tour event for players 45 and older held in Jackson, Mi.
Kane had a couple of early bogeys, but charged back in changing weather conditions to finish with nine birdies on the day.
Her performance is a positivie in a season that has Kane in 81st on the LPGA Tour money list.
