On the same day that it was announced that TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley in Caldedon, Ont., will become the home of Golf Canada, the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame and Museum, First Tee-Canada, Golf Ontario and the Club Management Association of Canada, it was also announced that the World Golf Hall of Fame is moving from St. Augustine, Fla., to the USGA’s Golf House Pinehurst campus in North Carolina … The World Golf Hall of Fame induction ceremonies will be held in Pinehurst in 2024 and 2029, coinciding with the 124th U.S. Open on Pinehurst No. 2 (2024), and back-to-back U.S. Women’s Open and U.S. Open Championships, also on Pinehurst No. 2 (2029) … David Morland IV was scheduled to start Thursday’s first round of the Senior Open at Gleneagles in Scotland at 7:40 a.m. local time, followed by Stephen Ames (9:10 a.m.) and Alan Mclean (3:10 p.m.).
