Ben Silverman fired a five-under 66 in Friday’s second round of the Korn Ferry Tour’s Lecom Suncoast Classic, where he’s tied for fourth at the midway point.
Silverman, who has a win this season at the Bahamas Great Abaco Classic, is 12 under through two rounds, four shots off the lead.
Edmonton’s Wil Bateman shot a 64 on Friday to move into a tie for 31st at eight under.
Roger Sloan shot a 70 and is tied for 44th at seven under.

PGA Tour
The Canadian team of Adam Hadwin and Nick Taylor shot a five-under 67 in foursomes play on Friday at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans on Thursday.
That left them in a tie for 20th at 11 under through two rounds, five shots behind leaders Wyndham Clark and Beau Hossler.
Michael Gligic and Taylor Pendrith shot a 70 on Friday and are tied for 28th at 10 under.
