Mike Weir completed 36 holes of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic on Saturday after the first round was washed out the day before in Richmond, Va.
He had just two bogeys in posting a four under 68, but in his second round of the day, Weir went bogey free in putting up a nine under 63.
At 13 under and the second round suspended due to darkness, Weir held a three shot lead over Phil Mickelson with play set to resume Sunday morning at the three round PGA Tour Champions event.
