SkyGolf, maker of SkyCaddie, has introduced a SkyPro V2.2.0 App update designed to add more functionality to the SkyPro swing analyzer.
Accurate and easy to use, the SkyPro swing analyzer provides golfers with real time feedback on their swings.
Golfers can explore their full swing and putting with the help of SkyPro’s 3D interactive checkpoints.
“With this update, golfers will now find it easier and more intuitive to enjoy the benefits of using SkyPro to practice at home, on the range, or the practice green all year long, rain or shine,” said Jacqui Surman, SkyGolf senior vice preside of international sales and marketing.
New features include:
Diagnose Mode: This make it easier for new users to diagnose potential issues with their swings. It uses SkyPro’s existing alert system, but presents the information more directly. After swinging, the user is walked through their alerts one-by-one.
Custom Swing Folders And Search: This allows you to organize your swing library with efficiency and ease. The main list of swings can be searched and filtered by scrolling to the top of the library and you can now add folders for swings, which allows swings to be grouped according to the user’s preference.
Checkpoint Alert Meter: This provides a graphical, 3D representation of an alert. Previously, this was reported using text alone, which made the learning curve steeper. It is meant to provide a more immediate, intuitive understanding of the alert. In the 3D checkpoint view, it shows the typical range of values in green, fading to yellow and orange for other values.
Support for Larger iPhone Models and iPads: SkyPro has now been updated to adapt to the screen size of the device it’s running on, which results in better looks and improved usability.
The SkyPro is about the size of a flash drive and weighs less than one ounce. It attaches easily to the shaft of any golf club just below the grip.
Thousands of critical data points about a golfer’s swing path, club head speed, swing plane, club face rotation, shaft angles and much more are instantly sent via Bluetooth to the free app on their smartphone or tablet to view their swings from address back to impact from any angle in true 3D high-definition.
SkyPro products are distributed in Canada by Jancor Agencies.
